Positions:

Baristas

Engage every Guest every time, providing them with any assistance they may need and knowledgeable answers to any questions they may have. Consistently provide beverages to recipe in a friendly Guest-first manner. To maintain a well-presented, well-stocked, and clean beverage station. Work with other Crewmembers in all daily tasks.

Cashier

Greet every Guest and merchandise beverages verbally and visually. Handle cash properly, accurately and in a timely manner. Thank every Guest. Also, assist other Crewmembers when needed.

Chef Host

Greet and communicate to every Guest, providing our guests with any assistance they may need and answer any questions they may have. Also, make sure their meal gets off to a great start and assist other Crewmembers whenever possible.

Dish Washer

Ensure that all dishes, glasses, utensils and equipment are cleaned, sanitized and stored to maintain cleanliness.

Guest Server

Engage every Guest. Provide our Guests with a clean, comfortable environment for their dining experience. Make sure that every Guest is thanked and invited to return. Also, assist your fellow Crewmembers as necessary.

Prep Cook

Prepare/cook food for guests. Ensure that all equipment, utensils and working areas are maintained for cleanliness. Coordinate prep amounts with managers, follow recipe instructions, use checklists and prep sheets, responsible for following safe food handling guidelines.

Salad Chef

Maintain salad bar to Fresh Choice standards of proper stocking, cleaning, freshness, and presentation.

Shift Manager

Responsible for assisting the management team in the successful operation of the Fresh Choice unit that they are working in, both when working an hourly position as well as when managing a shift.

Soup/Pasta/Baker

Serve safe, great tasting, fresh, hot, soups, sauces, rice and pizzas to the Guests. Provide assistance and knowledgeable answers to all questions. Maintain all sanitation and presentation standards at all times. Greet every Guest every time. Setup and close the Arcade for success. Assist fellow Crewmembers whenever possible or if asked to do so by management
