Our typical workweek for managers is 5 days. Everyone's work influences their quality of life. At Fresh Choice we are sensitive to the balance everyone needs between work and outside activities. Schedules are posted one week prior to the end of the period. A schedule will have four weeks. It is our goal to prepare schedules far enough in advance so that personal activities can be planned. We don't have a bar so there are no late-night hours. We are open from Mon-Sun: 11am - 9pm. (Hours may vary by location). No breakfast, and no bar hours allow our managers to spend time with their families. Our managers take vacations. You accrue vacation every month you work. 2 weeks at 1 year, 3 weeks at 5 years. We are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas. Restaurant managers also receive up to four additional paid holidays per year based on length of employment. We offer excellent opportunities for advancement. We have many success stories from hourly crewmembers that have been promoted into our MIT program. We have many General Managers and Restaurant Managers who started in hourly crewmember positions. Our managers take care of their families and prepare for the future. We offer great medical, dental, life insurance, short-term salary continuance, sick pay and 401K plans. Our Incentive Bonus Programs are second to none. Last year 90% of our managers received a bonus. Our General Managers also participate in Tenure bonus programs. Management Qualifications Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of restaurant management experience, strong communications skills, an unwavering commitment to customer service, and the desire to excel an grow in a fast-paced & upbeat environment.
